Reaction Paper Assignments

Three reaction papers are required. You are free to choose the articles/chapters that form the basis of your reaction, but one must come from Ethics in America, one from News, Incorporated and one from Media Effects Research.

Students writing the papers on any given day will be expected to lead the class discussion along with the professor. Papers must be handed in the same day as the chapter or article is discussed in class.

Reaction papers should be 3-4 typed pages that (a) summarize one or two of the main points of the chapter/article and (b) describe your reaction to the points made by the author (with supporting reasons).
