Saint Mary's College now uses VoIP for the campus phone system.

    Information is available on the my.saintmarys.edu portal for using your office phone:
    https://my.saintmarys.edu/web/information-technology/general-information

    When you experience a telephone issue, the first step is to send an email to helpdesk@saintmarys.edu with the following information included:

    • Your name
    • Phone number associated with problem
    • Location - include building name and specific room number where phone can be found
    • State the problem. Please be specific (i.e. no dial tone, etc).
    • Phone number in your department or area where you can be reached

    Including the details requested above will help Information Technology staff to resolve the issue quickly and accurately.
