The Facilities Department is responsible for handling office telephone issues on campus.

    When you experience a telephone issue, the first step is to send an email to with the following information included:

    • Your name
    • Phone number associated with problem
    • Location - include building name and specific room number where phone can be found
    • State the problem. Please be specific (i.e. no dial tone, etc).
    • Phone number in your department or area where you can be reached

    Becky will respond to your email and establish workable and timely solutions to your telephone problems. Your written communication will be loaded into their work order system to track its repair response and history.
