Scheduling appointments for students with the Associate Director of Technology Support Services


    Good rule of thumb: If you don't have access to someone's calendar, don't assume they are available. This applies not just ResNet appointments, but for all other activities and people in your life.

    If you determine that a student needs to meet with with the Associate Director of Technology Support Services, please send her an e-mail with:

    • the student's name
    • the student's e-mail address
    • the student's availability for at least the next seven days
    • the student's ResNet Problem Report Form record number
    • a description of the computer's problem, what you did to resolve it, and why you feel the computer should be seen by the Associate Director of Technology Support Services.

    The Associate Director of Technology Support Services will reply to the student to schedule an appointment after receiving your message.

    (Obviously, if the Associate Director of Technology Support Services is present in the ResNet Office, she will work directly with the student to schedule an appointment.)
