the ResNet Office is open.

To request assistance for a problem with your computer or networked device on ResNet,
or with a computer in a ResNet Computer Cluster during the academic year:
- Complete a
ResNet Problem Report Form. This form is the quickest way to
contact ResNet for assistance, and it is available
twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
