Saint Mary's recommends using Google Chrome to place orders on our FedEx ordering website. Please follow the steps below to make sure that Flash will work on all of the FedEx pages you may access:

If you do not have Google Chrome installed on your computer, you can download it for free at www.google.com/chrome.

Option 1 and Option 2 listed below may no longer work in your updated version of Google Chrome. If that is the case, please try the following:

1. To the left of the web address, click the Lock icon or the Info icon.
2. At the bottom, click Site Settings.
3. In the new tab, to the right of "Flash," click the Down arrow and then Allow.
4. Go back to the site and reload the page.

1. Open Google Chrome.
2. Type chrome://settings/content/flash into the address bar.
3. Press Enter or Return to load the Settings page.
4. In the section for Allow, click ADD.
5. Copy and paste the following into the window that appears: [*.]fedex.com
6. Click ADD.
7. Quit Chrome and reopen it to be able to access the Saint Mary's FedEx ordering website.

1. Visit the Chrome Web Store for FedEx Office Flash Enabler here.

Please note that installing this extension grants access to your browsing history and browser settings, which you may prefer note to do. If that is the case, please use Option 1 above which is a more secure option.

2. Install FedEx Office Flash Enabler as directed.
3. Quit Chrome and reopen it to be able to access the Saint Mary's FedEx ordering website.
