The ResNet Office and the ResNet Helpline is staffed by ResNet Computer Consultants (RCCs) during the academic year.

    The ResNet Office schedule for the current semester is posted on the ResNet website at http://www.saintmarys.edu/resnet.

    The ResNet Office is located in B11 Cushwa-Leighton Library.

    The ResNet Helpline is (574) 284-5319. The ResNet Helpline is staffed when the ResNet Office is open.

    Students can also submit a ResNet Problem Report Form at http://fixit.saintmarys.edu to request assistance during the academic year.

    The ResNet e-mail address is resnet@saintmarys.edu. The ResNet e-mail address is monitored year-round.

    Appointments are not required for the ResNet Office. The only times appointments are necessary are when:

    • an issue must be escalated from an RCC to the Director of Technical Support Services,
    • a password needs to be reset,
    • an e-mail account has been compromised,
    • a computer has been blocked from the network for DMCA/copyright violations and the student has been directed to meet with the Director of Technical Support Services.

    RCCs are Saint Mary's students, and they also enjoy academic breaks. The ResNet Office is not open during fall and spring breaks, semester and summer breaks, and other times during the academic year when classes are not in session. With the exception of Orientation Weekend, the ResNet Office is closed on Saturdays.

    Please be patient if you are calling the ResNet Helpline during Orientation Weekend in August or during the first week of classes. We receive an overwhelming amount of calls during that time. If you repeatedly call and do not speak to us, please try sending us an e-mail or simply visit the ResNet Office for assistance.
