Using Apple's private address feature may allow you to successfully connect to BelleNet, but if connection problems occur on your device, this frequently resolves the issue.

To disable the random hardware address feature on your Apple device for BelleNet, please turn OFF the private address feature. This feature is currently available for iPhone and iPad devices.

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap Wi-Fi.
3. Tap the blue i next to the BelleNet network.
4. Tap to turn Private Address on or off.
