I was using my computer and an Internet Service Provider at home over a weekend/break, but now I am back on campus and having problems connecting to BelleNet. Can you help me?
When you connected to the Internet from home, you may have changed your connection settings. The easiest way to make sure that all of your computer's settings are back to the way they need to be to connect to BelleNet is to follow the instructions for connecting to BelleNet.
Connection instructions for ResNet (popularly referred to as the Purple Packet) are available in the ResNet Office. The instructions are also available on the ResNet website (www.saintmarys.edu/resnet).
