To report a problem with a computer or printer in a Computer Cluster:

  • Please submit a Cluster Problem Report Form.

  • If your are in the Trumper Computer Cluster while the Cluster is staffed, please speak with a Cluster Consultant who can assist you.

  • Call the Trumper Computer Cluster at x5301 while the Cluster is staffed and speak with a Computer Consultant who can assist you.

To apply for a Cluster Consultant position, please fill out the online application form. Note that positions are available only to current or incoming Saint Mary's students. Returning students are hired in the spring for the upcoming academic year. Incoming students can apply over the summer and will be contacted for an interview after have arrived on campus. All hiring is complete by the end of the first day of classes.
