Saint Mary's Finish 5th at Aquinas Invitational

GRAND RAPIDS , MI -- The Saint Mary's cross country team opened the 2006 season with a fifth place finish at the Aquinas College Invitational Friday afternoon at Comstock River Park.

Grand Valley State took the crown by claiming the best possible score of 15 by claiming each of the top five individual finishers.

Megan Gray had the best time for Saint Mary's as she ran the 5K course in 20:03 which was good enough for an eighth place finish.
