Tennis - Mahone Hired as Tennis Head Coach

The Saint Mary’s athletic department has hired Eric Mahone as the head coach of the Belles tennis squad.
In 2000 Mahone graduated from IUPUI with a degree in Political Science. He was a varsity letterwinner on three occasions for the Jaguars tennis squad and served as co-captain during the 1999 and 2000 seasons.

Tennis - Belles Finish Fifth; McDavitt Named MIAA

The Belles tennis team finished the 2007 season at the MIAA Tournament by posting a fifth-place finish.
For her efforts during the regular season, Saint Mary's No. 1 singles and doubles player Kelly McDavitt was named to the MIAA First-Team

Tennis - Rally in Singles Play Lifts Belles to Win
(April 23) |
 After dropping two of the three doubles matches the Belles posted wins in four of the six singles matches in recording a 5-4 win over Aquinas.
It was the last regular season match of the season. The MIAA Tournament begins on Friday at Kalamazoo.

Tennis - #30 Albion Knocks Off Saint Mary's, 8-1

In the final home match of the 2007 season, #30 Albion posted victory in straight sets in five of the six singles match in posting an 8-1 win over Saint Mary's.
Camille Gebert notched a 6-3, 7-5 victory at the No. 2 singles spot for the Belles.

Tennis - New Line-Up Posts Win Over Bethel
(April 19) |
 Using a non-regular line-up during doubles play the Belles posted a 5-4 win over Bethel Thursday afternoon.
Liana Rohr teamed with Erin Kaplan at No. 2 for an 8-6 win while Caitlin and Tara O'Brien played together for the first time all season.

Tennis - Belles Cruise Past Tri-State, 8-1

The Belles won all six singles match in straight set in posting a 8-1 win over Tri-State in an MIAA tennis match in Angola, IN.
Saint Mary's only dropped the match at the No. 2 doubles spot in improving their record to 9-11 overall and 5-2 in league play.
