Saint Mary's Continues Winning Ways on Day Three in Florida

FT. MYERS – The Saint Mary’s softball team continued to dominate the competition during their spring break trip by beating New England College 8-4 before knocking off Ohio Wesleyan 5-0 on Tuesday. The Belles have won all six games during their season opening trip to Ft. Myers.

In the opener against New England College, Calli Davison went 3-for-4 at the plate while striking out four and scattering nine hits on the mound.

Ashley Fusaro had a double with 2 RBI’s in the wining effort.

Kristin Amram continued her dominance in the Belles 5-0 win against Ohio Wesleyan. Amram allowed just one hit and struck out 14.

Laura Heline went 2-for-3 at the plate with and RBI. Ashley Peterson and Davison also added two hits.
