The
aerobic 'area' offers three 27" TV's equipped with Enercise
FM Digital Transmitters
- the TV's
are mounted from the ceiling and are spread across the front
of the aerobic area

TV is programmed to turn on/off with the business hours of the
Facility

stations displayed are pre-set

TV is 'tuned' to a specific FM frequency that is posted on the
front of each unit

you need to hear your desired viewing station is any radio
'walk-man' device
- Fitness
area policy is that the TV volumes will not
be broadcast through
the TV unit's own speakers - you must have your own 'walk-man'
radio device
The
fitness area will also include a 20" TV/VCR/DVD combo
unit on a rolling cart. The department will begin to create
a
video/DVD
library of fitness workouts including floor pilates, yoga, and
Tai-bo. A procedure will be established for "checking out"
the desired tape or DVD for use during non-class times in the
aerobics/spin bikes area.
