| Girls
entering grades 6 - 11 in the 2006-2007 school year. |
- Send in application with a $100 non-refundable deposit
- In order to take advantage of the price
discount, total payment must be received by April 30, 2006
- A physical examination, dated between
July 2005 and July 2006, is required for each camper and
must be received prior
to the start of camp in order to participate in any camp activities.
Health forms will be sent to you
- After June 2, 2006, refunds will be
permitted only for a serious medical or personal reason.
Refund requests must be
in writing and will be prorated
- There are limited number of Day Camp spots available. Confirmations
will be sent out on a first-come, first-serve basis

| Transportation |
| All
campers are responsible for their own transportation. However,
our staff will pick up campers at South Bend Regional Transportation
Center if notified by Wednesday, June 21, 2006. An additional fee
will be charged for this service. |
| Fees |
| Overnight
Camp - $415 if total payment is received by April
30, 2006 - a $50 savings. $465 if payment is received after
April 30,
2006. Both fees include meals, lodging and all activities. |
Day
Camp - $230 This fee
includes:
- Eight meals
(Sun. - dinner; Mon.- Wed. - lunch & dinner; Thurs.
- lunch)
- Camp t-shirt
- Over 40
